Fashion Futures: Resource Stewardship and Business Resilience

Be the Change Summit 2026 convenes industry leaders, advocates, and fashion brands to tackle the sector’s most pressing challenge: making responsible consumption the norm rather than the exception.

Across two dynamic days, panels and keynotes move beyond diagnosis to decisive action—defining the crisis, surfacing bold solutions, and charting a collective path toward a more sustainable fashion future.

Be the Change Summit 2025 convened industry leaders, policymakers, innovators, brands, academics, and emerging talent from across the region to explore the future of fashion.

Under the theme Fashion Futures, the summit sparked conversations on circularity, artificial intelligence, regulation, workforce development, and inclusive design—bringing together diverse perspectives to reimagine what a responsible and resilient fashion industry can look like.

The summit also marked the launch of the Textile Circularity Consortium (TCC), an industry-led initiative bringing together stakeholders across the textile value chain to accelerate textile circularity in Singapore and Southeast Asia, building the foundations for more circular, resource-efficient systems.

Looking to the next generation, The Bridge Fashion Innovator (TBFI) Launch Pad showcased breakthrough ideas from young innovators tackling some of fashion's most pressing challenges—from reducing environmental impact and improving wellbeing to creating solutions with meaningful social impact.

More than a conference, Be The Change Summit 2025 served as a platform for action—catalysing partnerships, launching industry initiatives, and strengthening the collective effort to build a future-ready fashion ecosystem.

panel DETAILS

Day 1

PANEL 1

(un) Conscious Demand

Bringing together psychologists, brand-builders, and advocacy groups to explore how perceived value drives adoption — and what it takes to design sustainability as a requirement, not an afterthought.

PANEL 3

Who owns the carbon problem in a fragmented global supply chain?

This panel tackles an uncomfortable question: in a system optimized for low cost and high speed, does anyone truly own the carbon problem? Panelists will debate whether carbon credits are a credible bridge or a convenient detour, what shared net-zero obligations look like between brands and factories, and how Asian manufacturers can access decarbonization capital.

PANEL 2

The Agentic Architecture: Can AI Solve the Paradox of Ethical Speed?

Exploring how agentic AI and robotics are reshaping fashion supply chains—enabling high-speed responsiveness and on-demand manufacturing—while addressing labour ethics, workforce transitions, and responsible automation across ASEAN contexts.

Day 2

CLOSED PANEL

Textile Circularity Consortium

By Invitation Only.
The Textile Circularity Consortium (TCC) Roundtable is a closed-door strategic session bringing together key stakeholders to align on a shared vision, identify collaboration opportunities, and accelerate scalable textile circularity solutions across Singapore and ASEAN.

PANEL 5

Behaviour by Design

What if “making” in retail and fashion is really about shaping how people wear, care, and consume? This panel examines how design—across products, store environments, and subtle cues—influences behaviors from garment care to purchasing habits. Discover how intentional design can drive better choices, extend product life, and deliver more sustainable outcomes.

PANEL 4

From Molecule to Market: Delivering Next-Gen Materials at Scale

Bridging the "Commercialization Gap" for next-gen textiles. It explores how Singapore’s deep-tech ecosystem can transform ASEAN’s innovations into high performance alternatives.
