Jonas Wand is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of FOURSOURCE Group GmbH, a B2B sourcing platform redefining how the global apparel and textile industry connects, negotiates, and executes. With over 20 years of hands-on experience across fashion, sportswear, and supply chain management, Jonas bridges deep industry expertise with a clear-eyed focus on what technology can actually deliver in practice.

Before founding FOURSOURCE, Jonas held a senior leadership role at Bogner, where he led the Fire + Ice brand as part of the management team — giving him firsthand insight into the sourcing challenges facing mid-to-large fashion companies. He holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen.

At FOURSOURCE, Jonas is driving the transition from a traditional supplier discovery marketplace toward an AI-powered Sourcing Operating System — enabling buyers to manage the full sourcing cycle, from RFQ to order execution, within a single platform. The system is built around structured data, automated workflows, and supplier-agnostic trade execution, with the goal of making global apparel sourcing faster, more transparent, and significantly less dependent on manual coordination.
