Su Pei Ho is the Founder of Su By Hand, a Singapore-based slow fashion label inspired by nature, and a textile and fashion sustainability specialist. Through Su By Hand, she champions a slower, more intentional approach to fashion by creating thoughtfully designed garments in small batches using natural fibres, deadstock materials, and plant-based dyes.

Prior to founding the brand, Su Pei spent over 15 years in fashion design and product development, working with international brands across Asia and Europe. Throughout her career, she has focused on integrating sustainability into every stage of product creation—from material sourcing and manufacturing to design strategy and product development. As a designer who transitioned into sustainability, she brings a distinctive perspective that bridges creative design, technical expertise, and environmental responsibility, helping businesses translate sustainability ambitions into practical and commercially viable solutions.

A GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, Su Pei currently serves as a Sustainability Consultant at The R Collective, a Hong Kong-based social impact fashion business, where she leads project management and technical development for IP-sensitive circular textiles initiatives with global luxury brands. Passionate about cutting through the complexity surrounding sustainability, she advocates for thoughtful, systems-based approaches that balance environmental stewardship with business realities. Through her work across design, consulting, and industry engagement, Su Pei is committed to advancing a more circular, transparent, and regenerative fashion ecosystem.
