Ricky Ho is the founder and CEO of SourceReady, an AI-powered supplier search engine built to simplify global sourcing and help businesses discover reliable manufacturers around the world. His interest in supply chains began early through his family’s third-generation textile business, where he was exposed to the challenges of sourcing, supplier verification, and fragmented trade data.

Ricky studied Industrial Engineering at UC Berkeley and began his entrepreneurial journey at a young age. Before founding SourceReady, he launched Treelab, a supply chain ERP company, which raised over $22 million from investors including Sequoia Capital, GGV, and Tencent. He later sold the company, gaining firsthand experience in building enterprise supply chain technology and understanding the pain points faced by brands, retailers, and manufacturers.

A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Ricky has combined his background in engineering, global trade, and entrepreneurship to build tools that make sourcing more transparent and accessible. At SourceReady, he focuses on using AI, big data, customs records, trade show data, and supplier intelligence to help companies identify high-quality suppliers, evaluate supplier performance, and make faster, more informed sourcing decisions.
