Susannah Jaffer is the Founder and CEO of ZERRIN, a Singapore-based platform connecting consumers with independent, conscious brands and resources that inspire more sustainable lifestyles. Since launching ZERRIN in 2017, she has built an ecosystem spanning retail, media, events, and creative consultancy, helping brands and consumers navigate the transition towards more responsible consumption.  

A former fashion editor turned entrepreneur, Susannah works at the intersection of consumers, brands, fashion, and sustainability advocacy. She is passionate about putting conscious creativity at the forefront of retail and media, and helping businesses communicate sustainability with greater transparency, authenticity, and impact.  

Recognised as part of Eco-Business' Youth A-List and Tatler's Most Influential List, Susannah is a regular speaker on sustainable fashion, conscious consumerism, and entrepreneurship. She has spoken for organisations including EY, Fashion Revolution, General Assembly, Green is the New Black, and the Singapore Fashion Council, and her work has been featured in publications including Vogue Singapore, CNA, Harper's Bazaar, and The Straits Times.
