Glen Tan is Vice President of CX & Learning at COMO Group, bringing close to two decades of experience in learning, retail excellence, customer experience, and organisational transformation. Throughout his career, he has led capability-building and people development initiatives across luxury retail, hospitality, healthcare, and consumer-facing industries.
Prior to joining COMO Group, Glen held senior learning and development leadership roles at Roche and Gucci, where he drove global and regional learning strategies, retail academy programmes, and workforce capability development. He has also held training and organisational development positions at Club21, F J Benjamin, Resorts World Sentosa, and Creative Labs.
Passionate about developing people and creating customer-centric cultures, Glen specialises in leadership development, learning innovation, and enabling business growth through talent and capability building.
