Helen Lin is a Partner and founding team member at At One Ventures, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage companies developing breakthrough technologies that enable humanity to become a net positive force for nature. She works with founders building disruptive solutions across climate and industrial sectors, supporting companies that combine scientific innovation with strong commercial fundamentals to address some of the world’s most pressing environmental challenges.  

Prior to At One Ventures, Helen served as Head of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships at FINCA Impact Finance, where she led digital transformation initiatives across 20 subsidiaries spanning four continents. She developed and scaled technology-driven solutions in emerging markets, including partnerships focused on digital banking, financial inclusion, and innovative delivery models.  

Helen began her career in investment banking and private equity, where she gained extensive experience in evaluating investments, executing transactions, and supporting business growth. She also helped launch a growth equity fund focused on Greater China, working with companies to scale operations and create long-term value.  

With a career spanning finance, technology, and impact investing, Helen is passionate about rethinking the role of capital in driving systemic change. Through her work at At One Ventures, she focuses on backing entrepreneurs who are developing economically viable solutions in areas such as climate technology, advanced materials, nature restoration, and industrial transformation — demonstrating how innovation and investment can accelerate a more regenerative future.
